This is my latest refashion. I of course forgot to take before pictures. The top of this dress was a shirt that I hardly wore and the bottom was a muumuu that I got at a thrift store. I chopped the bottom of the shirt off and the top of the muumuu off. I then sewed them together. I got some 2" elastic at the FIDM store a couple of weeks ago and thought it would be a good accent.
