Old Japanese Proverbs Paper Ornaments

A few months ago I was out garage saling with a friend and we can across some people giving away old books.  I snagged these two old Japanese proverbs books.  The other night I was browsing Etsy and found a cute ornament that I thought I could make myself.  I also decided to make a cute heart ornament from a tutorial over at Kitty Baby Love in celebration of Valentines Day. 

More Cards

Since joining a stamp club a few months ago I have been re-energized into making more cards.

Here are a few cards that I recently made.

Stamp n' Stack

Stamp n' Stack is an addition to stamp club. It is an event that Joy puts on a few times a year, basically what happens is we get together on a Saturday morning and make a bunch of cards.  The cards are usually a little more simple than the cards we make at stamp club, so that we can crank out a bunch.  I made 10 cards, 2 of each design.  This was my first time participating in the stamp n' stack and I had a blast.  Joy actually hosted the event at her warehouse, so it was cool to see the  ourcraftlounge warehouse.

I found a really fun new paper craft over at splitcoaststampers and I had to try one for myself. I really like how it turned out.
